XP Missions is a department of XP Ministries and works in a variety of ways, through partnerships and on-ground efforts, to see God’s justice established in cities, regions, and nations. Our on-ground efforts in Cambodia focus on anti-trafficking prevention, rescue, and aftercare, where we believe God will transform the nations with His love.

I am an intercessor for XPMinistries, a XP prayer team member, XP Shiloh and special events. I love to communicate with my sisters and brothers belonging to the body of believers in order to bless, help, communicate and unify those that I have personal relationships with and those that the Lord places before me. There are those who reach out for prayer and those who just need comfort and love with a listening ear. I have a burden to help many who reach out for more of God's grace and peace who just need a touch from the Father's hand to know they are loved with an everlasting love.

I am an author and speaker. God is moving through me to touch others through the words I write, the messages I deliver through live public speaking, as well as media outlets - social media, blogging, videos etc. I have been delivering monthly prophetic words to encourage people in what the Lord is saying for the current season.

He also moves through me in my role to serve various international ministries through media and online based ministries. I work with several international ministries to help them with the development of their online products, social media, publishing, digital product development etc.

We are advancing the Kingdom of God through His love and His power as we bring people closer to Jesus and help them fulfill their God-given destinies. At HRock Church we foster a family-oriented community where we can enjoy the abundance that God has for us in every area of life.

Harvest International Ministry (HIM) is an apostolic network committed to fulfilling the Great Commission through church planting, equipping and strengthening leaders, and advancing the justice mandate.

God has given me the love and desire to minister to women. I have been given words of knowledge, prophecy, word of encouragement, and healing to release to women.

Heidi Daehlin and I started She Wars because we want to see women embrace their unique calling and gifting so that they can take their place of service in the kingdom. We like to use the example of Gandolf from the Lord of the Rings. He helped all who followed him to reach their goals, to operate out of their own unique gifting, and to work together for a common good.

I am the founder and director of a charter school in East Oakland. It began in 2003. We serve children in the community. It has been known as the killing zone. I was lead to go in the midst and impact the community by serving the children. Our children are children of color, low income, single parent families, below grade level and experience an environment on a daily basis that does not promote hope for their future. We love them, educate them and open their eyes to a world of opportunity where if they can conceive it and believe it they can achieve it. Failure is Not an Option at EOLA (East Oakland Leadership Academy). We are Educating Children Today to Become Leaders of Tomorrow (our motto).

Melissa is an internationally recognized Minister, Master Coach and Motivational Speaker. Through anointed teaching and counseling, Melissa focuses on cultivating a culture of community by strengthening interpersonal relationships in the body. Melissa also serves at Shiloh Fellowship as a Women's Pastor.
