I am a marriage family therapist. I pray over people with physical ailments and have seen many healings. I love ministering to people whether they suffer from physical ailments or emotional ailments. I am part of a prayer warrior team of Christian women in Pocatello, Idaho and engage in prison ministry at the Pocatello, Idaho Women Prison. We also help inmates getting out of prison to find housing and jobs and are working on establishing a transitional women's housing facility providing all kinds of services.

I love people! It is my hearts desire, whether through leading worship or teaching in churches and conferences for people to know that God is ever present and involved in their everyday lives.
I have recorded five independent albums consisting of original music along with traditional and contemporary gospel music - all with an emphasis on encouragement, empowerment, healing, worship and overcoming; designed to help in life's journey.
My original song "Fathers Say" was written with an emphasis on the importance of fathers being involved in their children's lives. I am proud to say it was used by the organization "Legacy Minded Men" and aired on Trinity Broadcasting Network the summer of 2016.
God leads me in a unique ministry consisting of a mixture of worship, teaching and the prophetic, based on understanding the Fathers heart in worship for the moment.
I've had the privilege to periodically teach young people at Charis Bible College in Denver Colorado on worship/prophetic ministry and spiritual growth for the next generation.
In the near future I will be collaborating on my latest music project with my husband/producer Rick Carlos and producer Clay Bogan. I also work alongside my husband at our home church as music director under Pastor Eric Butler in Lincoln Park New Jersey.
I am blessed to be a mother of 2 married sons, Andrew and Damon who, with their wives are also involved with me in ministry.

In the workplace... One on one encouragement and coaching.

I'm an intercessor. I use this gift to intercede for family, friends, other people, the church and in a small prayer group. When I use my prayer language I know I am birthing things in the spirit realm. I'm also a part of a micro-church where the Holy Spirit flows freely in all the gifts. The Lord uses me to bring healing, restoration, wholeness and health back into people's lives.

God has called me to fund His kingdom. I work full time and but have also started an eBay store. I plan on retiring early (from the full time job) to run the business that God is establishing.

We do a form of Bethel Sozo and have trained with Bethel's team that does Art Sozo. We are working on opportunities to apply it in the marketplace for businesses and church team building. We do outreach during the summer with prophetic art. I also am on the front line prayer ministry at our church, Waukesha First Assembly of God.

At present my main focus is being a home-maker and mother - a minister on the family mountain. I minister as an intercessor as well, and just finished organizing a week of 24/7 prayer for our city. I am also an author and am currently writing my second book.

Leading a small team on the streets twice weekly. We treasure hunt, evangelize, and Jesus turns up and heal as we pray. Once or twice monthly we also have a Church-without- walls- tent at a local market for prayer, prophetic words, encouragement, sale of prophetic art work etc. Both are supported by our Church. The artwork is done in the Church during the worship and praise.

Faytene Grasseschi gives leadership to two ministries. V-Kol Media is a charity whose focus is on imparting the spirit of revival into the church and equipping believers to shine for Christ. This is done through hosting events, schools, mission trips and outreaches to the poor and needy. MY Canada is a activism organization that educates, motivates and equips believers to effect change on important social justice issues such as abortion, human trafficking, poverty and the like.

I currently minister in several programs as a Minister of Recovery. Celebrate Recovery and New beginnings which is a drug treatment program for women who are addicted and homeless. I have the gift of mercy and a heart to love the lost and the hurting.

I am a seasoned ministry leader who has ministered and counseled hundreds of women on Biblical truth. I have served as an administrator of an in-house ministry helping women and men overcome the bondage of alcohol and drug addiction through the power of Jesus Christ, as wells as, church administrator and women’s ministry leader at several local churches in Maryland.

The Lord led me to form GET CONNECTED Women’s Group to bring women together who are committed to studying, sharing, and serving together. Also to for GET CONNECTED Women’s Leadership Alliance to bring together women who are passionate about empowering women leaders to establish, nurture, and maintain ministries and organizations supporting women in our community which can impact their homes, communities, and nation. The Alliance serves to engage teams of women leaders in developing events serving to foster the growth and advancement of other women leaders.
